Microdermabrasion – skin rejuvenation, firming and refreshing

chemicalpeel Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure applied to rejuvenate, tighten and refresh the skin. The technology was created in Europe at the end of last century.

The procedure is characterized by two main advantages:

  • no risk of side effects
  • short recovery period

This makes it applicable to a wide range of patients. The method is developed to treat face and body and combines surface mechanical peeling with corundum microcrystals and vacuum massage.

The technology itself allows you to control the depth of the peeling. One microlayer from the skin is removed with each passage of the apparatus nozzle, therefore the depth of peeling is determined by the number of passages with the nozzle in the treated area.

The purpose of the procedure is to eliminate the skin imperfections in the epidermis and to achieve maximum homogenous tan and shining and fresh skin.

Microdermabrasion is adapted to any type of skin and can be considered as a first choice:

  • to reduce surface lines
  • to reduce the scars of acne and stretch marks
  • to influence hyperpigmentation
  • to treat effectively photo-damaged skin
  • to make the skin shining and smooth

The advantages of the procedure include:

  • Easy control of the depth of peeling
  • Short recovery period
  • No side effects (short-time skin redness may occur after the procedure)
  • No anesthesia required
  • No social eviction and no recovery period

The duration of therapy is about 40-50 minutes. The number of procedures and their intervals depends on the particular problem. Most often from 5 to 10 treatments are performed once per week. A certified cosmetician performs the procedure, and the consultation with a dermatologist is free.
