Advanced Treatment for Nasal Polyps and Chronic Sinus Issues

Nasal polyps

Chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps can significantly impair breathing and quality of life. At Hill Clinic, we offer both medical therapy and minimally invasive surgical treatment using Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). This technique removes polyps, restores sinus drainage, and improves nasal airflow with high precision and minimal tissue trauma.

Performed by our leading ENT specialist, Prof. Dr. Rumen Benchev, the procedure uses endoscopes and micro-debriders to clear sinus pathways and preserve healthy mucosa. In selected cases, it can be combined with septoplasty or turbinate reduction to further enhance nasal breathing.

Postoperative care includes nasal rinses and endoscopic follow-ups, with full mucosal healing typically occurring within 3–6 weeks.
